I found a great SSS-based Science Project for 3rd graders. It is a graphic organizer that helps describe how animals and plants respond to changing seasons. It infuses technology by incorporating the use of Kidspiration 2. This would be a great project to have the students complete in small groups during computer lab time. Atomic Learning has some great lesson/project ideas!

There are excellent resources for ESE using thinking maps for literacy centers. I also really enjoyed the Promethean videos and tutorials on how to make containers.

I found a great fractions activity for my 5th graders. It made the introduction of the concept for those who cringe when I say fractions so simple. :) Great activity!
